15 1/2 oz canned chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and patted dry
2 sprays cooking spray
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Preheat air fryer to 300℉, if necessary. Spread chickpeas in a single layer in air fryer basket, and air fry, turning once, until very dry, about 14 minutes. Increase temperature to 400℉.
Transfer chickpeas to a medium bowl, and lightly coat with cooking spray. Toss with nutritional yeast and garlic salt. Return to basket and spread in an even layer.
Air fry until golden brown and crispy, 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool slightly (they will continue to crisp).
